Find Your Inner Calm and Strength
This class aims to create a healthy relationship with your body and provide tools for finding peace and calm. Breathing and movement exercises will be explored in a friendly, play-based and informal environment, with an emphasis on the three pillars of Strength, Balance and Flexibility. This is a six week course. No experience necessary!
For kids age 4-8 (4.30pm)
Kids age 9-12 (5.15pm)

Classes are 30 minutes long
