What Matters Most: A Death Meditation Practice

Join Lindsay for a guided meditation and writing exercise intended to remind us of our priorities and align our day to day with our greater values.
Through contemplating the moments of the end of our life, and our death, we have the opportunity to examine how we are living and how we want to live. This exercise is inspired by the work of Roshi Joan Halifax.

Healing is Messy: Principles of Somatic Experiencing
Join me (Lindsay) for a five week exploration of the basics of how to use Somatic Experiencing to feel more safe, and expansive in our body and life. Let's cultivate a better understanding of how our bodies work and how to lovingly inhabit them. In order to be present we need to feel safe enough in our body. In order to know and assert boundaries and needs, we have to inhabit our body. Let's play!
This group will include:
-light movement
-group discussions
-opportunities to practice outside of meetings (optional homework!)
Wednesdays at 7pm EST from January 8th- February 5th
